Waitlist Terms

Short and honest: what joining the EthioBazaar waitlist does and does not mean.

1. What the waitlist is

EthioBazaar is a marketplace being planned for Ethiopian businesses, food, products, services, creators and communities worldwide. The waitlist collects interest and research data so we can decide what to build first. The marketplace is not yet operational.

2. No commitment, no guarantee

Joining is free and creates no obligation for you or for EthioBazaar.
We do not guarantee a launch date, availability in any country or city, or any specific feature.
Founding business and founding creator benefits (such as early access, recognition or priority visibility) are intentions, not promises, and may change as the product develops.
We do not promise permanent discounts, guaranteed customers or guaranteed revenue.

3. Businesses and partnerships

Submitting business information does not make your business a partner, member or listed merchant of EthioBazaar, and we will not describe it as such. Any future participation in the marketplace will be governed by separate merchant terms.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you share with us, including menus, catalogs, recipes, photos and videos. Sharing them lets us review them for research and planning. Commercial publication of recipes, videos or other creative work will require a separate agreement. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

5. Accurate information and fair use

Please give accurate information and only submit on behalf of a business you represent. We may remove submissions that are fraudulent, abusive or automated. Referral links are for sharing with real people; we may disregard referrals that appear to be artificially generated.

6. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Marketing consent is always separate and optional.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the project evolves; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued participation in the waitlist after a change means you accept the updated terms.
